Night view of the Taj Mahal which provides a stunning view especially at the night time.
The facility for the night view of the taj mahal is now made available by the Archaeological Survey of India(ASI). When you are on your Taj Mahal Tour Package and are in Agra around the full moon night time do not forget to tell your travel agent to make arrangements for your full moon visit to the Tajmahal.
The night viewing tickets are available at the ASI office 24 hours (one day) in advance, The Tajmahal is open two days before the full moon night and two days after the full moon night, The night viewing is not available on Friday and in the month of Ramzan. The photo id cards are required for booking the tickets of the tourist in Agra tour packages.
The tickets for foreign nationals are 750/-INR per person. And the charges for Indian residents are 510/- INR per person.
For the night viewing, you have to report at the facilitation center near Taj Mahal at the time mentioned on your ticket, there are eight batches in total and the time slated for the night view is half an hour.
